These Terms of Service govern your use of www.cwjfabric.net and any purchase made from HomeFabric. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.

Product descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe fabric weight, content, and color. Because fabric is a natural or dyed material, slight variations in color, texture, and print placement between what you see on screen and the physical product are normal and not considered defects.

Cutting and yardage

Fabric is cut to order by the yard. Orders for continuous yardage will be cut from a single piece where possible; please note this when ordering if it's important for your project.

Shipping and risk of loss

Once an order leaves our facility, risk of loss transfers to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and costs.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intended use

Our fabrics are sold for personal and commercial sewing projects. Reselling fabric as-is under the HomeFabric name, or using our product photography without permission, is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

HomeFabric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including project outcomes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
